This is a photo of my friends, Jeff and Ian, who are dressed as Mexican wrestlers. Both finished the Muddy Buddy run-ride-race with a pretty good finishing time. In this podcast, I talk about my own experience in the Muddy Buddy as well as some fall/winter races I plan to run.
