Several folks on the half marathon team I’m helping coach ran their first “double digits” run on July 26, 2008. I took my flip video camera along for the run and put this video together.

Dave: Great video! Nice that everyone finished. Running 10 miles kind of puts you on another level. If you can do 10, you can do 15. And if you can do 15, you can do 20.
Just might motivate me to get out and see if I can still do 10.
Thanks and congratulations to the team.

Congratulations to your team! I’m jealous…I’m hovering around 8 miles for my long run and I’m anxious to do my own double digit run. Hopefully, it will happen within the next couple of weeks. Way to go and nice job on the video!

Dave, I enjoyed the video. What a neat thing to do for the team. It looked like a successful day, I hope you all have a great run at the 1/2 marathon. Also liked seeing the area you all run in….looks like a terrific place to run, a mix of road & trail.

Great video. I love seeing the variety of scenery and surfaces you ran on to complete the 10 miles. Just like Rich says the mix is great.
Congrats to all your runners and I emphasize RUNNERS. all of you people looked great.

This is an awesome video! I can’t believe you ran with a video camera. You have a pretty smotth stride because all the bumps don’t show up. I love all the titles and stuff very professional.
Keep it up. Can’t wait to “see” the Race
