Episode #47 - Notes From The Other Side Of 50 Kilometers
I finished the Swinging Bridge 50k Trail Race on January 17, 2009. The temperature at the start was -1F. That’s 33 degrees below the freezing mark. It was very cold. In this podcast, I share some thoughts on what the experience was like.

Thanks Ashland Dave for letting me tag along while you blazed the trail. The course was a lot harder than I had imagined. I knew you were tough enough to finish, so all I had to do was stay on your heels.

Good follow up remarks to the Swinging Bridge Race. Towards the end you had some real good words about motivation and determination. Thanks
