Much Can Happen in 22 Miles - Episode #53
If you’re slow like me, then it takes several hours to run twenty-two miles. A lot can happen in several hours. In this podcast, I ‘run’ into several people I know, several people I don’t really know, and spend some time alone. I also get so mentally involved near the end of the run that I forget to take a walk break.

Just wanted to say hope you are fully recovered from your fall during this long run… I bite the pavement pretty hard about two weeks ago during a lunch time run at work and left most of my right knee and palm on the bricks!! Wish I can time to duck and roll like you did! Didnt stop me from doing a 20K two days later though - gotta do what we gotta do! Thanks for the podcast as always! Heather from Chesapeake
