Great to hear you &quot;on the road&quot;. I can relate to the motivation issues. I think all runners can. I have had to push through the same valleys you mentioned being in. I think it is very understandable given your recent accomplishments. You had that 40 miler objective in front of you for a very long time. I am sure your training will pick up soon enough. As an aside, you did help me get through a 6 miler the day I listened to the podcast.
