Just wanted to say Congrats on a great finish at OBX! Enjoyed your race recap - it really was a beautiful day! I completed the full (my second marathon) in 5:03. I too learned the "turn auto-pause OFF" lesson during the marathon - my garmin said 4:54 when I crossed the finish line so I thought I had beat my goal time of 4:59 - but when the official results were published I was upset. Marathon and Learn I guess!!

Also, Im a member at DailyMile.com and highly recommend it - I would love to see you over there! Im friends with DrSmitty as we both live in Chesapeake VA! Too cool to put you and Greg together from the running community!

Thanks again for all the great recaps and I cant wait to hear all about your Richmond experience!!
