Since Mike suggested trying the Five Fingers, I'll share my plan that you might consider (I bought my first pair this week!).  I've heard that your feet and calves take a while to get used to them, and read that you should be comfortable walking 45 minutes in them before slowly introducing running.  I also have some races coming up, so I'm going to incrementally add short walking in the FF to my regular running.  After the races, I'll hopefully be comfortable in the FF and will start to replace some of my normal running with FF running.  I did find the different FF models confusing so if you can post that comparison chart or send it to me, that'd be great.  Thanks!</description>
