John S.. you listened to the podcast too?? Now what are we going to listen to while we are on our way to the Blue Ridge Marathon?? I guess its more Celione Dion on the cd player.

Great podcast again Dave. Im not a big fan of a looping course either although im seriously considering the Zoom Zoom Yah Yah Marathon in Minnesota in Jan. (150 laps inside on the St Olaf Women's indoor track)

Did I ever tell you that I attempted my first podcast during the Knoxville marathon?? Unfortunately I attempted it using the video feature on my camera. The sound wasn't loud enough to be heard. Guess I will have to invest in a mic.

Keep up the great work. I need to work my special audio clip for your 100th episode.

Dave -

Another good podcast. Congrats on your Charlottesville finish - nice training run / tune up.

I'm not a big fan of looping courses, but when they are advertised... I figure if I signed up for it with full knowledge, it's not really fair to criticize. I make decisions about whether to sign up for runs based on the course / timing / location / fees. I signed up for a 7 loop marathon course in July - that should be interesting.

Your work with the 10k this year has really helped me appreciate all the work that goes on behind the scenes. It sounds like you had a wonderful day in Ashland - I wish I could have been there.

Keep on Running!
