The ICY 8 Hour Adventure Trail Run was brutal. I cleared 31.5 miles but it wasn't easy. In fact, it was right ugly.

The ICY-8 Adventure Trail Run is on the horizon. Part of preparing for that involves double long runs every weekend sandwiched by rest days. This podcast has information on that and the status of my race director duties for the 33rd Annual Ashland Railroad Run 10k Road Race.
