Busted - Episode #183

I'm training for the Richmond Marathon which will be held November 16, 2013 in Richmond, Virginia. Weird things happen during training and something unique happened to me at the end of a recent 15 miler. That incident and more in this edition of the Running in the Center of the Universe podcast.
