I did my first Spring "training" run with the great folks from Team Incognito. In this podcast, I talk a bit about the training run and share some Memorial Day reflections. Some of the material in the show is from last year's Memorial Day podcast (episode #13). DVDs from the Strolling Jim 40 Mile Ultra are still available.
