I had a fun time running the Richmond Half Marathon. If you've listened to the show then you know I wussed out and bagged running the full marathon because I had a hard time training in Virginia summer humidity. I think it was a blessing because I had a great experience running the half distance. And I think it might be my fall race for next year. Really fun! Download the show and judge for yourself.
