Ashland Tom and I did the Dahlgren Heritage Rail Trail 50k on August 6, 2016 in King George, Virginia.
We finished but it was ugly. I made some rookie mistakes with foot care and am paying for it now. At least my nipples didn't bleed. At this point I'm not sure which is worse.
Listen to the show for all the details. This was my 30th marathon and Tom's 49th.
