Not all ultramarathons are the same. My upcoming ultra in Florida will be hot and I'll be bringing some things with me to help. I'm sad to report that Derek Miller has died. I never met Derek but I've been using his free music on the podcast for a few years. Derek was a unique person and I encourage you to learn more about his life at the link below.
