I did my first Spring "training" run with the great folks from Team Incognito. In this podcast, I talk a bit about the training run and share some Memorial Day reflections. Some of the material in the show is from last year's Memorial Day podcast (episode #13).

DVDs from the Strolling Jim 40 Mile Ultra are still available. I'll burn you one for free and mail it out on my dime but a $5 donation to Ashland Christian Emergency Services is requested (honor system).

Anyone who finishes a major endurance running event has to come up with something to get over the "blues" that can follow such an event. In this podcast, I talk about what is on the horizon in addition to my comments on the plethora of emails I got about my participation in the Strolling Jim 40 Mile Run. Thanks to everyone who sent in the good will emails. Each one was appreciated!

On May 2, Tom & I ran the Strolling Jim ultra marathon. In its 31st year, the Strolling Jim event is the second longest 'running' ultra in the country. In this podcast, I talk about the experience.

DVDs of the event are available for $5. All proceeds to benefit Ashland Christian Emergency Services (ACES). Email me at ashlanddave@gmail.com for more information.
