I've learned and observed some things over the years. I've done 198 podcasts about running and other stuff. For the 199th, I decided to share a few things I've seen along the way. Some of what I say may piss you off but I hope you'll get over it and keep running. Because that's the whole point. Keep running to the finish and keep on running. Opinions come and go but finishing lasts forever.
