Black toe is not a good thing to have but it can be managed. In this podcast, I talk about that and some other things while putting down some miles during a training run while I was out of town.

Dave: Just want to express my thanks to you and all the Ashland folks that worked so hard to put the 2nd Annual Tiger Trot together. It was a great day and a great race.

I enjoyed the kids races too.

I felt pretty good and ran better than I expected. Came in first in my age group. Don’t ask how many in my group. [smile]

Keep up the good work and I look forward to the 3rd Annual race next year.

Hi Dave, I finally had a chance to catch up on this episode & the last one after Hurricane Ike. Wow…I do not know how you manage the milege given everything else you need to do. Hang in there and thanks for sharing your runs with us!

P.S. - I was finally able to get out and do 10 miles this past Saturday…it felt great!

All that traffic noise makes you appreciate living & running in the Center of Universe that much more.
