    Great show as always! As we speak… I have also pushed myself to the breaking point. Only this time it is what you and your pod cast friends would call “running stupid”. I have designed my own two day per week Marathon training plan.. thats right.. only two days per week.. a Wed & Sat runs only.. nothing more. It should lead to a very interesting B&A trail marathon on 3/1. Crash is beginning to love the struggles of the final 6 miles.
