Week 12 on into race day is over! I ran the River City Half Marathon in Richmond Va on 3-7-2026 and had a great time. It was the first Sportsbackers race I did with my daughter who has now completed 2 half marathons. I think I've done 20 or 30, I'm not sure. Although I've slowed down over the years, I still challenge myself with time goals. This episode has my thoughts on the race and of course other topics! Thanks for downloading the show.
