I finished the Swinging Bridge 50k Trail Race on January 17, 2009. The temperature at the start was -1F. That's 33 degrees below the freezing mark. It was very cold. In this podcast, I share some thoughts on what the experience was like.

My longest race is looming on the horizon and it looks like the temperatures will be around the freezing mark most of the day. At least it will be dry. In this podcast, I contemplate running 50 kilometers and wrap up my training for the race with my new dog.
