Sometimes endurance training isn't always exciting and inspirational. Sometimes it's just mundane and a matter of putting miles under your feet in order to achieve a distance goal. In this podcast, I consider the regularity that distance running can impose and ponder ways to deal with it. Sometimes you have to alter your training plan depending on what messages you're receiving from your body. My body rebelled after running 40+ miles last week so I needed to dial it back a bit. But now I think I'm back on track and ready to increase the workload. In this podcast, I've included an amateur audio commercial for the upcoming Ashland Railroad 10k Run. The race is in its 31st year and is the longest running 10k in the area.
