I ran the Dahlgren Heritage Trail 50k ultramarathon in King George, Virginia on August 3, 2013. It was another great day on the trail with my ultramarathoning friends.

Sandy Stiner is one heck of a runner. In this show we talk about the Blue Ridge Marathon which bills itself as America's toughest road marathon. Sandy and I ran the marathon together on April 20, 2013. But here is what's incredible about this story: Sandy ran the Martian Marathon the week before Blue Ridge, a 100k the week after, and then another marathon a week after that.
