Episode #28 - A Tough 14 Miles

I'm ready for a fall back week after this long training run. This is week #7 of my 16 week marathon training program for the Outer Banks Marathon on November 9, 2008. Fourteen miles is a long way, especially when running alone. In this podcast, I try to keep a positive perspective but it was hard.
